I’ve always been a fan of celebrity couple names. Brangelina. Bennifer. TomKat. We have some friends that assign celebrity couple names to practically everyone they know, and let me tell you, it’s hilarious.
And then I was given the privilege of shooting a wedding for a couple who’s last names just beg to be combined. Sarah Black to Derek Smith. That’s right. The BlackSmith wedding. Not exactly the same as a celebrity couple name, but pretty dang awesome, if you ask me. And you better believe there was an anvil here and there in the decor. Because you just can’t have a BlackSmith wedding without playing it up just a tiny bit. Love it.
Don’t let the warm light from the end of the day fool you.. it was COLD. Like bitterly, utterly icy cold. Many props to you, BlackSmith wedding party… you’d never even know how chilly it really was by looking at you.
