Kristina and Tim :: Married

When I woke up that morning, I didn’t have to go outside to know how cold it was.  I could see it.  It was gray and windy and even the woodland animals around my house seemed to be shivering. Ok, well, not really, but you get my point:).

But here’s the thing… Love is stronger than the weather.  The sky could have been filled with lightening or bursting with tornadoes or furious with a blizzard… and it wouldn’t have mattered.  Tim still wouldn’t have been able to contain his elation when he saw Kristina for the first time.

But wait… I might be getting ahead of myself.  Let me start from the beginning….

Random fact: Kristina was  my brother-in-law’s dance partner in show choir in high school.  small world.

Not so random fact: Kristina was an incredibly beautiful bride.

Kristina’s gift to the ladies: matching red wool coats.  brilliant. beautiful. and completely essential while on top of a downtown building during a blustery December afternoon.

Beautiful florals from Thorn Studio.

Kristina’s mother had this made from the gown Kristina wore home from the hospital.  Something old, something blue, and something completely heartfelt and wonderful.

the beautifully adorned Coronado looked divine.  I could have photographed the details for hours.

When little girls hear Miley Cyrus, they always end up nodding their head like yeah…

It was just before I took this shot that I heard a man standing over my say, “Oh, no… her hair’s on fire.”  But fear not… the fire was only momentary, caused no damage, and I still got the shot:).

Many blessings to you, Kristina and Tim.  I couldn’t have been happier to have photographed your spectacular event.
