I think it’s oh so romantic when a couple has their own little oasis in the city that means something to them. For Kathleen and Ben, that tree-covered gem of a location was by a beautiful wooden swing where they spent many afternoons together during college. So when Kathleen told me they wanted to see each other for the first time on their wedding day in front of the swing where they had spent so much time together while they were dating, I happily obliged.
And their sweetness didn’t stop there! Their handwritten vows to each other during the ceremony left me (and most likely the entire chapel!) a little misty -eyed. And Kathleen’s gift of design and creativity welcomed guests to their reception in such a creative fashion.
So many congrats to you, Kathleen and Ben! I wish you both so much happiness and joy unending.
