Jill and Rex :: Married

July 3, 2012

When I started writing this post, I started with a list of 3 of my favorite things about Jill and Rex’s wedding.  You know, I was an English major, and they taught us in school that groups of threes were preferable in writing.  And I really like making lists.  And making lists of my favorite things kinda makes me feel like I’m Martha Stewart, which I dig. But then my list turned to 4.  And then 7.  And then it got so long that I realized I was listing pretty much every detail of their wedding day.  So, instead of list, I put together an extra long post with more than enough photos that captured so many of my favorite things about Jill and Rex’s wedding.

So without further adieu…

check out Jill and those blue eyes… beautiful.

Custom stationery from none other than the amazing David Rygiol.

Check out that proud daddy looking at his little girl… that was on the top of my favorite things list.

After Jill and Rex saw each other for the first time on their wedding day, they asked for some time alone together.  And they prayed together.

This won’t be the last time you see these flowers.  What I really love about this bouquet is that the peonies are so very white, not yellowish or cream.  Done by the fabulous Melinda at Les Bouquets, of course.

It was about 137.3 degrees on that white concrete in the middle of the day.  The ladies managed to  still look stunning and made my job a breeze.

Jill’s parents, who are some of the sweetest people I’ve met, just happened to walk through the campus as we were finishing up photos with the wedding party.  Adorable.

Moulin was set beautifully for the occasion.

Jill and Rex, I have to say, my very very favorite thing about your day was you :).  It was a blessing to see how much you love each other, and I can’t tell you enough what an honor it was to document this day. Much love to you both!
