Courtney and I met at one of my favorite local cafes shortly before her wedding, and even though we had been in constant contact for the year that she was engaged, there’s something I noticed about Courtney that I hadn’t noticed before. I had saved a table for us and when Courtney arrived, the excitement level she brought to the room palpable. I’m suspecting that if you’re reading this and you know Courtney, you’re probably nodding your head in agreement because you know what I’m talking about. She’s so full of life and vibrance and energy, and planning her wedding to Matt really brought out the best in her. And that’s not something you see every day.
Hearing their minister sing their praises and remark about the way Courtney and Matt support and love each other was one of the highlights of my day. I knew from the beginning that it would be a wonderful day, and I was met by a couple who was the perfect mixture of calm and contentment and anticipation. Courtney and Matt, it was an honor. Truly.
did you catch what the label inside her shoe days? perfection.
The light coming from every direction in this house was stunning and I could have shot there for days.
Ok, Courtney, you are crazy-gorgeous.
I adore how the cake mimics the delicate design of Courtney’s dress.
