After I met Caroline and Dan for the first time at their engagement session, I couldn’t help myself from getting a little giddy about shooting their wedding at this fantastic mansion on the hillside. And the day certainly did not disappoint.
Ok, how beautiful are these girls? I love the color palette and varying styles of dresses.
And do not get me started on these men in uniform….
Three things I love about this photo: 1. the uniforms (duh). 2.the exact symmetry created by the various types of suits and uniforms and 3. the guy on the far right end. killer.
The Studio Inn at St. Albans is officially my new favorite place. Love it.

Right after the kiss, Caroline shot her parents a quick look before walking back down the aisle. Precious. 
I saw this happening and Jon ran over to grab a shot because I miight have gotten just a bit misty eyed. I know. Shocker that the pregnant photographer gets emotional more than once during a wedding day. But in all seriousness, there was so much love shared by this family… I left that night wondering how I might ask Caroline’s mom to mentor me as a mother because she clearly did a lot of things very very right.
Caroline and Dan, thank you a thousand times over for the privilege of photographing this amazing day. I wish you both much love and happiness in your future together :).
